The Rosters listed below are divided by the companies of the 2nd Battalion Missouri State Militia
Cavalry that participated in the Battle of Lone Jack.  These rosters list all of the men who enlisted
in each company
PRIOR to August 16, 1862 and represent soldiers who possibly fought at Lone
Jack.  We know that all of them were not here.

(NOTE: Copeland was executed by Quantrill or his men later in the day on Aug. 16th, for allegedly killing Charles A.
Longacre, the father of two of Quantrill's men.  He is possibly in the Union trench.)
